Next stop : the CBRM. This medley emerged while rehearsing on Trinity Avenue in Sydney and was first played at Trinity United Church in Charlottetown for ECMA 2019, so the title seems fitting. Between the two Gaelic puirt-a-beul, is a tribute to the African community of Whitney Pier, with an adaptation of the song Beulah Land that I first heard sung by American folklorist Jeff Davis at the Lunenburg Folk Festival.
